Half-Life 2 + Episodes

[color=forestgreen]Ah, the lovable first person shooter complete with zombies, aliens and dune buggies.

So, have you played it? What'dya think? Favorite character, location and scene?

I personally can't wait for Episode 3. It's going to be amazing. My favorite character is Alyx because she's a pretty useful techy but can still hold her own with a shotgun. Best level in the game is Water Hazard since I had a lot of fun cruising around in the airboat. My fav cut scene was when the Hunters smacked around Gordon and Alyx since it was so dramatic. I know its been almost three years since episode 2
hell its taking the long enough. just drop episode 3 and turn it into HL 3, it might be out sooner.

whats the point of calling it episodic content if the dev cycle is that of a regular game.
(they sure got LFD 2 out quickly$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$)

They'll fuck up L4D2 and get it delayed somehow.

It's Valve we're talking about.

idk man valve is pretty good at gettin there stuff out and even if it does get delayed then at least youll know that l4d2 will be good

It's Valve. They delay everything. UnlessL4D2 really IS just a half-assed rehash, there is no way they will put it out 5 months after it was announced, and less than a year after the first.

Also, why does it take them less time to make a $50 L4D game than a $20 Half Life episode?
