New Legend Of Zelda for Wii?!

Ok, there is going to be a new [i]Legend of Zelda[/i] game coming to the [i]Wii[/i].

When i say this, i DONT mean Spirit Tracks.

The thing about this new LoZ game, is that the creators said that "[i]Twilight Princess[/i] will be, without a doubt, the last Zelda game as you know it in its present form" which means that the game play is going to be different then the usual [i]Legend of Zelda[/i] game play. Like screen wise, and control wise.

That idea goes bad for me. But it might have its good sides too. I believe they showed a demo example of Link being in First-person veiw, but this idea might be too "Out of the finchise" type of thing.

I am indeed excited for the new [i]Legend Of Zelda[/i]!! Cant wait!!!

I am just hoping that they don't revert back to the crappy [i]Windwaker[/i] style. If they do I am never playing another [i]Zelda[/i] game again.

yeah, i think that too. most people did'nt embrace it as the makers thaught it would.

Im just hoping that it wont be [i]TOO [/i]different for a LoZ game...

Pretty damn sure you have your reasons, but other people have their reasons too. I cant say i was a big fan of it, but dont maul it.

Wind walker was an interesting style, and I respect them for trying it.

However, I think their expariment was fail. Cel shaded can look good, but the characters we ugly. Also the sailing was a cool concept, but it just got annoying.

Overall, it was still a good game tho.

Anyway, I'm a huge Zelda fan so I'm eager to see what they do with the series.

I didn't like the style because it looked way too kiddy and I mean it felt like I was playing [i]Animal Crossing[/i] or something.

I was actually embarassed to be seen playing it cuz my sister's boyfriend would make fun of me and say "oh yeah you're playing the kids' [i]Zelda[/i] game" and I ended up just giving the game to my friend.

I am hoping for more [i]Twilight Princess[/i] style. They should do a remake of sorts of [i]OoT[/i].

The thing is, is that it was pretty fucking awesome. The only reason I played the game was for the few FUCK YEAH moments (Going to the frozen court, Gannondorf fight) and the style. Also, why the fuck would you listen to your sister's boyfriend?

TP style was ass-ugly, and had absolutely no feeling. If they do a remake of OoT, than, frankly, fuck them. It already got its remake, and doesn't need another only 2 gens later.

~~The only good part of OoT was 2 years after it ended when MM came out as a sequal~~

quite frankly, im not the person to take words of them, so what ever they said, i respected, but at moments didn't.

I think they will (in their ways) make it like style of [i]Twilight Princess[/i], but different game-play wise.

Yeah, I agree, you can't diss WW's style. Yeah, it looked different. Big deal. I for one enjoyed the whole sailing aspect of the game, and despite the fact that a few of the characters looked a little weirder than usual, the game's atmosphere was nothing short of wonderful. Definitely had style.

Twilight Princess was easily the weakest 3d Zelda. Even in the 2d realm, it's still far behind Oracle of Season/Ages and Link's Awakening.

[color=red]Everyone was anticipating a new Legend of Zelda game in this years E3, but they only mentioned Spirit Tracks.

Now, just recently, official art work for a Legend of Zelda seeped out to the internet. Nothing else was published about what it is, or any of that.
From the looks of it, It looks Like the same Link from Twilight Princess, so its being questioned for being a sequel, but no further confermation on that.[/color]

Link doesn't have a Sword in the picture, and he called attention to it. Now we all fucking know that the girl is the Master Sword.

1) The Toon series did have very kiddy graphics. The storylines were easy enough that I could go through them easily (and considering I suck at fighting games, that's saying something).

2) Miyamoto is not an idiot. He gets games published according to his whim. However, common sense and geniuses do not get together well.

3) There were some Zelda pictures released before that gave clues to a futuristic Zelda. You might have redug those up.

I didn't dig up those, they were fakes. This shit's official, and obvious, unless you are under 13. Just look at the head (Blade), Chest and stomache(crossguard), and legs (Hilt).

Also, don't defend Miyamoto, he hasn't been the head of anything great in almost a decade.
