Ranma 1/2

I just adore this anime. I've got volumes one and two of the manga, but seeing it come to life is something else. I know it's old and probably corny to some. It's about this boy and his father, returning from a trip to China, to Tokyo, Japan. When the boy is in contact with cold water, he turns into a girl. When the father is in contact with cold water, he turns into a panda! And to top it all, the youngest daughter of the father's old friend is to marry the boy, that is Ranma! And Akane Tendo hates men... in the beginning that is. I dunno about later eps, I have only reached eps 13 in season one. This is a martial arts anime, by the way. The father runs a martial arts dojo... I think?

I like the boy Ranma, Akane, Nabiki Tendo (Akane's sister, second youngest).

I love Ranma 1/2 its a rly cool anime, I like the story and the character style is very funny XD

I loved Ranma 1/2.

I found a DVD of the anime on sale somewhere, but it wasn't as good as the manga.
(In my opinion.)

Oh god Ranma was the first non-commercial (i.e. Digimon, Pokemon, etc) anime that I got into. I still have the old $15 volumes of the manga laying around haha.

If you're just getting into it, be warned- Rumiko Takahashi just loves to drag things out as long as she possibly can, and this is no exception.

Yeah, I know. Heh... I got as far as episode 28 or something and I just went off it. A certain character and the episodes regarding it was pissing me off.
