What Do You Think Would Make A Good Game??

[color=red]Now what i want to know, is that what do you think should be in a game to make it good. Now everyone these days want innovation. Something new and completly different. What i was thinking should be in a game to make it good, would be free-roam levelty. Kinda like, you see a huge tree off into the distance from a bridge, you would be able to go over to it. The ability to go to what you see. I want it to be able to keep making me want keep exploring what i see. alot of free-roam space, always with something to do! Also, even if there was a sequel, i would want improvements......Dont know what kind of improvements, but improvements of the like.[/color]

I would like there to be a decent movie tie in game. There are not that many about these days. Like...

In a Star Trek game, I'd like there to be decent controls, so it doesn't feel like you're fighting the steering of the damn ship the whole time; lots of interaction with the crew and various passengers; well thought out battle designs and the like. A kind of ST game with a good mixture of shooting and RPG elements to make you feel like a captain of the Enterprise. Let's face it, the number of ST games I've seen that have got a poor score, let down by controls and clunky looking graphics.

Unfortunately, mega-massive starships just can't maneuver like kart racers can.

(Though mentioning the two within the same sentence creates a very odd mental picture....)

Strata-sama: LoL, you have a funny and dirty mind. Heh, of course those starships're really big, but that doesn't mean clunky controls and whatnot, I read in some games magazines that that's what lets the game down, especially in another, different sci-fi, Battlestar Galactica, if I recall... Meh.

I want a solid perfect lip sychned anime video game where everything is in check. The one game I played; Shaman King power of spirit failed epiclly in my opinion. The controls were a hassel, the camara angels were WORSE than KH when it first started out, and the plot kinda dragged. In NUN3 the lip syching was WAY off. Sometimes they talked and their mouths didnt move, what the smoof ppls? Hopefully they wont fail us on the next anime game. If they butcher D-grey man (not sure if they have a game out for that) imma cry X__x

Sorry my friend, as long as those cash cows are providing they are going to continue milking them. Same deal with the halo and wrestling games. xP

Me and my brother think an awsome game would probly be the FF charas VS Kratos VS the Soul calibur characters. (Btw I heard rumors and saw screenshots that Kratos is battling the SC charas in a game called 'broken destiny' this true or is it a movie? Trust me some of the mags dont get their facts straight and I have sucky internet xP If soo ya think Kratos could stand up to Night Terror?)

Becuase Disturbed is a no talent shit band with weak live performances, that is widely considered a disgrace to the metal industry, while Metallica and Van Halen made a giant impact on their respective genres?

I wouldn't think so. It's inventory system would have to be completley changed(Though, I guess it was from Morrowind to oblivion), and it might piss alot of players off. Then again, crazier stuff's happened. I didn't expect a M rated game(resident evil) to be released for the wii. But I just don't think TES would be a good game for the wii. Still, a sword fight where you actually get to swing the sword would be fun.
