Can you submit the same art from first profile?

If people got band and then rejoined FAC, would they be allowed to submit there old pics from their first profile without getting a minus on the score? Question

If you get banned, you are banned. You are not allowed to come back at all. That is what banned means.

I'll just leave this info here for the abuse team to deal with as they see fit

Oh..but what if people got banned for a mistake, I know it's unlikely but it can happen.. Sofyuchiha96 was using my e-mail address just to let ya know.

Sorry, but three accounts with the same IP address and other conforming details in the information....no there was no mistake in the banning on the reason multiple account holdings.
