This has to do with the CD/DVD Rom. Any, ways to fix this? I am running a Windows Vista.

No. I believe not. The current disk/CD I have have in there is just one of my Sims 2 CD(s). This was all working perfectly fine yestery until when I turned on my comp today and tried to play the game. That's When I discovered this error/problem.
EDIT: Never mind, it got fix'd and it is working again.
