It basically allows you to change the color of your Windows XP taskbar to any colors you want and add cool things like shadows and such to make it appear almost like Windows Vista.

For Firefox, here's another cool personalization app that allows you to set skins on your Firefox web browser, which is really handy since all you have to do is click and chose your theme without downloading anything.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate with the Dreamscene patch. It comes prepackaged with awesome. I have a Gran Turismo 5 Hi Def trailer as my desktop background, lols.

Basically everything [url=http://wincustomize.com/][u]Wincustomize[/u][/url] has to offer. I got the entire Stardock package, with all of those apps and more (except for ObjectDock), for around 50 bucks. Though, some of them have free versions you can try out and keep.
