I think it's good for a simple design of negative and positive space.
I would just tighten up your workmanship...make the blacks a bit darker, clean up your lines an intsy bit.
Otherwise I think it's really done well.

Regarding blacks, it's a known habit of scanners to 'lighten' drawings from how they are perceived IRL. Search out the controls to adjust your scanner's exposure, particularly its Midtones or Gamma setting. It makes quite a difference in grayscale tones.
