Popular Works Section Question

So how does the Popular Works get chosen? Someone said it was based on number of comments and I think I have 20 or so on one of mine and it has never appeared on there.

Just wondering what the basis is.

A combination of faves and/or votes, taken from everything submitted within the past two weeks.

It is also limited to one per submitter, meaning that it can never get "flooded" by a single popular artist.
