I never did finish Prince of Persia. It seemed like a lot of the same, over and over.

It is. To be honest, 2008 as a game was pretty shitty. But the characters were likable, and everything looked goddamn gorgeous.

It was a fun experience.

The characters were fun. Actually, the best part of the game might have been hitting the talk button repeatedly.

Backgrounds were amazing. I liked how the characters were mostly realistically shaded, but they still had like that heavy black outline around it.

I just don't have the patience to climb yet another temple and collect glowing shinies and smash into walls while I struggle with the awful camera you get when you use those colorful wall discs and not die in easy battles.

Pretty much summed it up. Great experience, shit game.

I'm hoping the new game really is just a movie tie-in, and they have plans for PoP 2008 Part 2 Slated for 2010. If they actually worked and improved on the game, it could be a goddamn incredible series.
