Story sheck out

Could some one give me some input on my stories. i don't get alot of comments on them. can I improve any way, or did I make any mistakes?
Grammer, spelling,etc.

especially on the one of a kind . One of a kind is becoming a novel in the possible future. but it won't be called that.
