beat sephiroth at level 64. also you should have the ultima weapon by then, if not save and go spend countless hours synthasizing and finding stuff.

My record with it is taking him down 3 Hp bars before even getting touched.

Also@setzaroth, I didnt want to go through the trouble of running around chasing damn heartless to get that weapon so I went with my Oblivion, sure it's a pain in the ass to corner him but it kinda makes the fight more challanging. After all, what's the fun in smacking Seph around if he can hardly put up a fight with the Ultimate Keyblade? Hell when I reached the level I was at, I could kill a heartless in 2 or 3 hits. So yeah I like a challange, kills boredom. -shrug-

I had some trouble on Demyx in KH2. The new game on the DS was freakin easy, I wanted to pull my hair out. Also, Larxene did not get enough screentime! Neither did Marluxia.

Lol, if you like a challange it seems like you would be a completionist as well. Doesnt make sense that you wouldnt go after the best weapon in the game. And seph isnt much of a challange, there is a definate pattern to everything he does, you just have to be loaded with elixirs and have your shortcuts set to heal and reflect. block/counter with []-X. Its not any more of a challenge with the oblivion. It just takes longer.

2 things are constant in Kh games...

1. easily readable boss patterns
2. talking about the boss battles when the game is 5 years old.

Nah, I didnt feel like getting the best keyblade in the game, why bother when you can just stomp Xemnas's ass with Oblivion or any other keyblade? No point in getting the best keyblade just so you can stomp one boss with it.

Pretty much what I do with Seph is have a few ethers and elixers on hand, and use the trinity limit break as much as possible and run off when you finish.

I do wish they could have kept strike raid and sonic blade, that's what made seph easier in the first KH.

Sephiroth got mega-nerf'd in Kingdom Hearts 2. He wasn't even a challenge anymore. Glide and Quick Run made that battle stupid easy. At least the first game's Sephiroth battle was a "you fuck up, try from the beginning" kind of challenging.

ediT: Oh yea, and level 3 high jump so you could stop him from leaving you with absolutely nothing but 1HP.

I dunno if it was level 3 or Max, but my point was to max out your jump height. I only bothered with that shit twice out of all the times I've played through the games, anyway (Because it was generally a waste of time with practically no reward). Don't be a bitch.

Twice? Seph must like you, he tried that damn heartless angel every chance he got with me when I was using reflectga on his damn homing orbs. Or when I was busy out running his damn fire barrier with quick dash.

Oh no, when he was nearly done with it more of those orbs would go flying at me, then he would dash off and use heartless angel when I was busy using an ether after using reflectga. He's a quick mofo, much much faster than in the first IMO

He has to be faster because the arena in which you fight him in is 5X bigger.

Nah, way faster in KH2, which forces me to use quick dash to catch up to his ass when I get brave enough to chase him. That or superglide. I could keep up with him easy in KH, i'd smack him in the back of the head then glide off, playing a deadly game of tag. xD

No hes the same speed, you just have more ground to cover. And never...NEVER finish an areial combo.

Have you actually beat him before?
