I've always found that being insanely nice to flamers is the best way to deal with them.

Or, if they have terrible grammar and I'm in a childish mood, I'll send back their entire message, spelling/grammar corrected :3 It's like copying a sibling but the fun online version!

I think that coming back with a witty and humorous post can sometimes work.
If you can't think of a witty reply, best thing is to probably just ignore.

Just don't take them seriously, whatever you do.
Unless it's actual critisism, which in that case, it's probably not flaming.
