Is the fan service in Kiddy Grade a bit much?

It's kind of annoying for me, like im trying to enjoy the show and I get flashed by Eclair every now and then. Wouldn't it be nice if a edited version of Kiddy Grade were put out? I don't mind the jiggily boobs it's just getting I'm just like ewe!

Censorship is awesome for people who want to enjoy a show without every single detail.
Chris Rock for example, I love his shows, but only when its censored. The reason for censoring shows is to give softer toned people a fair chance at watching shows, so they could enjoy it also.
