Computers, phones, TV's, anything you can watch will keep your mind from resting.

What I do to help myself sleep is drink some warm milk, lay in bed, and think about

NOTHING. >:[

-And wait for the beautiful-non-beautiful dreams to come. -~-

If doing my best not to think(which really and truly never works), I think about random unexciting things in my life, and that drifts me to sleep.

Or read a textbook.

I drink a beer, the slight buzz makes it easier to fall asleep.

True.

I used to read a lot growing up and I found that reading a book in bed can sometimes make you tired.

Also, getting adequate exercise helps make you sleep better. I had a weightlifting class last semester and that class wore me out and I would be so exhausted by the time I got home that I would just want to go to bed. Doing activities such as hiking, bicycling, and swimming will make you tired enough to go to bed plus it's really healthy and fun, especially if you have some friends to do it with you. :)

It probably depends on how long you play videos game or read a book that determines whether you can get tired from it or not. I am not a fan of getting myself tired from recreational activities.

Exercising actually makes me really hyper and untired. O__O
Video games and books/manga make me feel the same.

I can only assume you can bore/tire yourself with fun to the point of exhaustion and then sleep. I get around 7 1/2 hours of sleep. How abotu you guys? ;u

I know when I get bored I get tired, and I end up taking a nap if I can't find anything else to do.

That philosophy of vid games doesnt work on me. When I got my hands on God of war 2 I played it for 3 1/2 days straight without a wink of sleep and snacks here and there. Much longer with Resident Evil Four. Hell I'll STILL sacrifice sleep to play through resident evil four every now and then. Cool AC and watching tv helps lul me to sleep though. I slept through a new boondocks one time though and felt like kicking myself since I wanted to see miss Ebony brown. Dx

Unless it's god of war 3 or Bayonetta, or Assassin's creed brotherhood, or one of the Guitar heros I agree. (Then again I might fall asleep waiting for Bayonetta to load up on the PS3 lol)

MW2 bah! Halo Reach shall eat it for breakfast and star craft 2 picks it's teeth with MW2's bones.

Sorreh sugs but I be taken. Thanks for the compliment though. Wink

Just that I know a good game when I see it every now and then. I didnt play either game and I know they are mindblowing. If I wasent so piss broke I'd get Star Craft two. (We can only look to Denis to see how awsome it is.)

And Halo...well it's Halo so silence!

MW2...soo overrated, just another war game in my eyes.

I was born a gamer gal, and Imma die one. No twilight loving pink skirt wearing fangirl here folks. xD

And blah....i need new pillows....old ones didnt do crap to help me sleep last night. X_X

I have not played StarCraft, but from what I've heard, it is one kickass game.

My brother has played the online game for a little too long. It was about 60 dollars in Walmart last time I checked. He just pirated it. Surprised He had to minimize the screen to get it to stop lagging. It's a pretty big game.

Also, I REALLY REALLY want to play Assassin's Creed nowadays. I hardly find any complaints about it. I really need to try it. >;/

Suddenly this topic has moved to videogames!

Assassin's Creed 2 ending made it suck.
There is no more hope for Assassin's Creed anymore, because the man behind it left the team.
