Draw anyone! -Your favorite anime characters, game characters, your aunt Maria, or original characters, and put them in Pokemon, superhero, fat suits, zombie costumes- you name it! Just make sure to get a real laugh/scare while drawing it.

- That is right. For those of you want decent points for this category and stink at making acceptable backgrounds- you better start practicing. What type of Halloween is without the eerie Halloween atmosphere (ex: cemeteries, pumpkins, slime...etc)? The character may be the center, but the background is what really sets up the Halloween atmosphere!

- Color can bring out fire in the eyes of angry zombies, faces of moonlit werewolves, and teeth of hungry vampires. This is not only to help make your picture more appealing, but also to help stray from simple flat colors. However, this category is incredibly wavered because extremely black and white schemes can definitively go with the current theme.

If you look at the median of points, people were beating each other by .4, .6, and sometimes .2. Thus, you are all equally fabulous artists! I hope everyone had a fearful/toothached Halloween! Also, I have officially started the contest on the 12th. This gives FAC members 19 days to make a decent contest entry. I will do my absolute best to grade/judge the entries as soon as possible because getting a score for a Halloween contest wayyy after Halloween has ended would be a little anti-climatic.

Also Starta, how exactly is the winning picture going to be posted on the mainsite? Are we going to just post a link of it through the FAC news or configure an actual "Recent Contest Winner" space into the main site? I feel the lather idea would be AMAZING. -Since Denis said an estimation of when the new update will come is around Christmas. Having a contest part on the mainsite would really create the mood for more participants in the alter contests. We could put the space under the Featured Artist or something.

Oh! If you are bad at backgrounds, this is a CHALLENGE. A perfect change to show off your long-lost talent for backgrounds! You could always use Halloween scenery references- as long as you do not have a lame flat color or only random spots of white in the background, you will get reasonable points!

FAC tends to stray from the use of photography as much as possible. You can use it, but only minimally so that most of your picture was made by you (and make sure to link to where you found it!). Then again, you could always skip the haphazard of making sure you can make the picture mostly original by just using the stock photo as just reference.
