I've sent the artist on dA a note asking for confirmation of this and will take action accordingly once she answers.
ShadowLugia, whatever the outcome I'm not holding it against you. Just remember a little "is this what you want?" confirmation before you actually start drawing it never hurts.

I have received the response to my PM: They asked to remove incorrect references to Sarah.
Done. I've renamed the submission to "Demonic Serenade" and added a URL to the description linking back to the artist's original picture on TLKFAA.
