FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF- HOLY BARNACLE HEADS! I had no idea it cost that much.
IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Go buy Photoshop Elements 6.0. That is what I have, and I assure you, it basically has about the same tools.

And it is $40! My university has CS5. It is not that different from the earlier CS versions in my opinion. ;/ _________________ “Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checked by failure...than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.” ~Theodore Roosevelt |

yeah, if you have to pay for something, get elements like the lady says. i have cs5 myself, but i acquired it through other means... because i'm broke. or rather, fuck if i'm about to pay 600+ bucks for a silly program. i could rent an apartment for a month with that... somewhere... |

The initial cost of a current full version of Photoshop (CS5 at the time of this writing, I think - soon to be CS6) is astronomical! That's why I use the version I started with (Photoshop 6 - no "CS") released about 12 years ago...
...I am STILL using it! |
