is fac not allowing pciture uploads i put all the info file and such put upload and it goes to the same page over and over again and says description not available

There is no known limit on your gallery size (even if it is Over 9000). If you're getting bounced back to the submissions page, either there's a form validation error (which you should have been informed about) or an internal bug.
