A philosophy textbook, Off the Map: The Curious Histories of Place Names by Derek Nelson (some fun trivia, but a bit muddled--not sure if the author knew what point he was trying to make), The Gettysburg Diaries: War Journals of Two American Adversaries by Mark Nesbitt, and American Gods by Neil Gaiman. |

Hello? Readers?
I'm currently reading a book about British pirates around Jamaica, a compilation of the Anne of Green Gables stories, and the second volume of the Starman graphic novel omnibus. |

I read various books, mostly historical and fantasy ones. Currently I got interested in Dungeons and Dragons: Dragonlance. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragonlance_Legends this is the series I am currently reading. |

I was currently reading (but have now finished) Hero (volume one) written by Yoshitaka Amano and Jessie Horsting. Gotta find Volume two somewhere to read next, this story has piqued my interest greatly. _________________ THIS SIGNATURE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. |

Plenilune by Jennifer Frietag (otherworld fantasy - took me awhile to get into the characters and may be too flowery for some folks, but I'm liking it ok, and there are a couple scenes I would really like to draw), Beauty Sleep by Cameron Dokey (fairytale retelling - read same author's version of Beauty & the Beast and thought it entertaining, if a little rushed in the ending), and The Tales of Beedle the Bard by J.K. Rowling (supposedly children's stories from the Harry Potter wizarding culture) are the ones I'm mostly focused on finishing off right now, although I have some other stuff that's on hold. |

Finished Plenilune and Beedle. Working on Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by J.K. Rowling and Wild Orchid by Cameron Dokey (mixed feelings because it's a Mulan story, and she was quite possibly a historical figure in spite of the Disney version, and it seems to be going more Disney on some elements - but the writing style is fun). Also pegging a bit here, a bit there on a detective story anthology and somebody's Charles Dickens + vampires fic. |
