It looks.. rushed, for one thing.
Nose/mouth too small, mouth could be a bit higher, more chin? Ear. _________________ Go Yankees! |

There are a few parts that don't have to be done with pencil. Like the lips, if you just draw them, they don't look very real, but if you blend it softly, it'll look more like real lips. Do you have a blending stump?
Also, the shape of your face doesn't seem right... Maybe if you just worked on getting the shape right on your face before you move on to the details. _________________ |

yeah, they're not very expensive, and you can get them at any craft store :3 _________________ |

It looks really good. As said before the proportions are a bit off, but that could be perspective too, right?
The very first thing you should do is get your right lineart and then start shading. It could be a matter of taste, but I think this piece could use some extra shading. There's some really good tutorials on deviantart for shading and blending. You don't really need a blending stump either, a tissue will do just as fine, but I don't recommend using your fingers.
You can ignore my stuff if you want.
I think your picture looks really nice as it is. |

I think it was good. More shading would help coloring in the color of the eyes would help, and try to shade instead of using lines thats my advice- but Im a hoboo draweer, I like to use my finger to shade when i can |

It's lookin' rad, just keep going with it.
You don't need a blending stick to be honest, a piece of toilet paper suffices or better, a blob of blu-tak. Cheaper |
