[Stratadrake]

Not sure what happened when denis converted it to icon format -- you'd think there'd be more utilities these days supporting icon editing... Maybe it's because a single icon file can have multiple resolution and color depth variations?

I ran across a freeware program called "IconArt" a few months ago, don't have much use for it but it works pretty good (for both icons and cursors). Pasting data from other programs is a little unorthodox compared to normal copy/paste operations but once I found it, converting from GIF to ICO was pretty easy.

Yeah, I use IconArt too. The icons I've made in it are pretty clear.
