Help Plz 'bout New Forum

Well I'm bit confused with this new forum, I like the old one better. Some forum i cannot post the topis in. What happening round here? Also I can't put or upload the pic and can't change my info.

It said---> Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

I answered this question a long time ago with the pinned thread, "Where The Heck Did All The Forums Go?". Had you actually taken the time to read it, you wouldn't even need to ask.
