Whats It Take To Get A Picture Of The Hour?

what exactly does it take for one of ur pictures to be a picture of the hour? i mean it isn't just pure talent... i no my pics aren't exactly oil paintings but i've seen some of the other pics that have been pic of the hour and i know i could do better! is it just pure dumb luck...
meanwhile on the other side of manhatten samantha was screwing her milkman, looks like the postman aint the only one who'll be ringing twice!

"Pictures of the Hour" are chosen randomly from all G ~ PG-13 pictures on FAC, once per hour.

Hence the name. ;)

aha! damn! judging by the sheer amount of other pics their are and the fact most of my pics are adult ones, it's not looking so hot for my pics getting many hits/comments any time soon!... meanwhile on the other side of manhatten samantha was screwing her toilet brush!... DAMN, NOT AGAIN!
