Is There Something Wrong With The Add Fanwork Page

i don't know if its just my computer but every time i go to the add fanwork it keeps on reloading like the page comes up and then it starts reloading agin like it keeps on frezzeing at that spot. if it my computer sorry to be a trouble thanks

it still won't let me into Addfanwork is it because i don't have enough post up?
