Can't Add Any Fanart

~Warning~ Dumb person is about to ask a probably easy question!

Meh, Don't mean to sound like a computer illiterate, Uneasy

but I'm having a problem with adding any fan art. When I click the fanworks button, it says

Error: not logged in

Error: You must be logged in to use this feature.

I am indeed logged, validated email, (doi) have an account, and cookies are enabled. Watch it turn out to be the most obvious answer in the world.....
WTF?

Any help will be appreciated..... Thanx in advance
