hey all

ever heard of these guys. there the one's who made READY STEADY GO from fullmetal alchemist.

a good rock band. highly recommend them. who knows about them or even own's there cd like me ^_^

They're okay. I like some of they're work. They create alot of songs for Hagane no Renkinjutsushi. Or well, the people who put in the music for Hagane no Renkinjutsushi use L'arc~en~Ciel's music alot. xD;;; Oh yeah, random fact about L'arc~en~Ciel;

L'arc~en~Ciel is a French word

Weirds me out how that band decided to call themselves something girly like that. :x

I have a couple of they're songs. I have Link which is the opening song for Hagaren's movie and the ending song as well. They're okay, though I think Hyde's voice could have been a bit better. :X

I have their complete discography. They're not my favorite, but I definately like them. But yeah, they did more than just "READY STEADY GO" for anime's... I probably don't know all of them, but I know...

- Niji (Featured in Samurai X: Kenshin movie)
- Driver's High (Opening for GTO)

That's all I can think of, and I agree with fightgirl, Dir En Grey is a lot better! Smile

L'arc en Ciel, they've been around for a LOOONG time.

And their stuff ONLY gets worse. Hyde is a s**t vocalist, and he's driving the rest of the band into the ground.

Guys let's stay on topic and not talk about Dir en Grey. Haha Joou, it isn't the bands fault, it's Hyde's fault~! But seriously, he sucks at singing, especially when he sang 'Careless Whisper' as a live proformance. :X I thought I was going to die from the vocals. The instruments were good though, just was Hyde. But when Hyde's with the band, he's decent enough to listen to. o_o;;

The only reason people get into the band is "OMG THE GUYZ R SO HAWT. *o*", Not beacause of the quality of the music. If you dare say hyde is a bad vocalist, UVE GOT ANOTHER THING COMING CAUSE HE'S SO HAWT AND YAOI BISHOUNEN GACKT.

Brad, I offically love you now. But seriously, Hyde's vocals are sheer crap. I really perfer they're older stuff then they're newer stuff. Hyde just went down the drain from the start though.

Well, yeah. Compare the Blurry Eyes single with the Heaven's Drive single. You do the math.

Also, the SMILE album was one of the WORST cds I've ever heard, period.

Damn straight it was. Though, I think the only song I might have liked by them in they're older days was 'The Fourth Avenue Cafe' it sounds sooo good, plus Hyde's vocals don't sound like crap as much as his others. :X Oh yeah and Brad, I love you so much I'll add you to my MSN list. :O

Agreed. ^_^ The Fourth Avenue Cafe was one of the best.And the fact that it was for Rurouni Kenshin was even better! *was hooked on Rurouni kenshin at that time*

Oh yeah, I agree with LunaticCrow as well, Luna Sea is much better.
I like the Fourth Avenue Cafe too, that's one of my favorites probably, I forgot about that song, I think it was in Rurouni Kenshin too.
I think my favorite though, is Milky Way. And yeah, Tetsu is so much better at everything than Hyde.
