mines would be yami from yugioh, he's really hot, but i'm kinda mad that he might not appear on that new yugioh gx i've read about, no fair then what's the point of calling it yugioh at all is yami isn't in it?

[b]Paladin Alexander Anderson (Hellsing)[/b]
As far as nutjobs go, this guy is way up in the charts. A member of the Iscariot group, he's been out to kill the Alucard and the other heroes since he first set eyes on them. Even when he has to offer them help, he can't resist throwing some punches first. A lot of folk also complained about his dialogue in the manga, which I thought was a nice touch. Lines like "The only yins left ur ye filth." just add that extra bit of depth to his character.

[b]Gai Daigohji (Martian Successor Nadesico)[/b]
Gai's a pilot aboard the Nadesico, obsessed with a mecha-based anime called [i]Gekiganger[/i] and it rubs off when he climbs in the cockpit. Having invented some of his own special moves mimicking those of his heroes, he thinks every battle should be as exciting as his fave TV show, much to the bewilderment of his crewmates. Screaming out move names as he charges in being the best example.

[b]Damaramu (Dragon-Half)[/b]
Damaramu was a soldier hired to kill Mink, the shows' lead character. I like him just for sheer hilarity and his buffoon-like way of life. His explanation for surviving a sword through the skull (his own sword, I might add) was so ridiculous it was great.

Hmm... Well, I actually have several favorites... but I'll just do a few since I don't want to write an essay here. Lol. Anyway...

[b]Uchiha Sasuke from Naruto[/b]

Conflicted and realistic character. His story is also one of the saddest I've ever encountered. I also love his attacks/jutsus and his character design. Sasuke's character has so many dynamics. <3

[b]Athrun Zala from Gundam Seed/Gundam Seed Destiny[/b]

Ties with Sasuke as my top favorite. I pretty much watched Gundam Seed at first for this guy, when I saw him once on cartoon network. Smile

He's awesome.

[b]Vash the Stampede from Trigun[/b]

Should I really elaborate? He's that wonderful. <333

[b]Shigure Sohma from Fruits Basket[/b]

I love guys who are so much more than they seem. Smile

Shigure's also a little wacky and likes to poke fun at people, which highly amuses me. And he's a novelist. =D

[b]Stellar Loussier from Gundam Seed Destiny[/b]

Tragic, like all of the extended. But because of who she was and why she fought, she's all the more lovely. Smile

Abosuletly love her character design as well.

[b]Sango from Inuyasha[/b]

Sango kicks ass. I need not say anymore.

[b]Genjyo Sanzo from Saiyuki[/b]

Very bitchy, very cool, very hot. :)

Honorable Mentions :: Mwu La Fllaga, Wolfwood, Yuki Sohma, Sesshomaru, Gaara, and Sakura. :)

Stellar rocked, to an extent. But in the end, was really a rip-off of Four Marasame

Shinn Asuka (Gundam Seed Destiny)

Really, really realistic character. One speech from a major character isn't going to cause him to defect. He has had alot happen to him, and he's pissed about it, everyone else be damned.

Yuugiou: The three Bakurae and Rishid (Odion).

Get Backers: Juubei, Kazuki, Akabane, Emishi, and Shido. o__o; I love everyone from that series, actually.

FMA: Ed. As much as I hate admitting it.

I have a lot of favorite characters but I'm just gonna say a few...

Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho- well, yea... fangirlish reasons
Yoh from Shaman King- he's so carefree and optimistic at times
Daisuke from D.N. Angel- he reminds me of someone...
Shigure from Fruits Basket- makes fun of almost anything
Puu from YYH- cute!
Pikachu!-He's cute too! Razz

Terrimon- same reason as above.
Tohru from Fruits Basket- she always thinks positive out of the worst of situations
Ed from Fullmetal Alchemist- ...
Yahiko- he tries so hard

Yea... that's a couple... though it's not so clear as to why they are my favorites...

I'd have to say that my favorite would be Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho.
He was actually my first crush(weird I know . . . .

) and three years later, even though it's been years since I've seen the anime he's still my favorite. There's just something about a three-eyes, spikey haired, midget demon that gets the weird fangirls going.

I have quite alot of favourite anime characters.
My favourite guy character would definatly be Rei from Beyblade , who doesn't love the long hair ? But apart from that he is really calm and confident but not over-confident ... if that made any sense.

Also he always thinks of ways he can improve and never thinks that he is the best ... lol well that's my 2 cents worth ^^;
My fave girl character would be Rosette from Chrno Crusade. She is just so lively all the time ! Always ready to try something new and isn't afraid to do it . Also I like the fact that she keeps on going even with the amount of problems she encounters ...
