The file you uploaded doesn't appear to be a valid image format for use on the internet. Type it is reported as: image/bmp
thats what it says when i upload my pictures....waaaaaa i want to submit my stuff...
please help   |

You have to save it as either a png, gif, or jpg. Preferably jpg.
If you're using MS Paint, when you save a picture, make sure you save it as a jpg, not a bmp.

File -> Save As...
then in the popup box,
Save as Type (under the file name), change it from bmp to jpg.
