Thanks for giving the error message, however, we still need more information than that.
- What's the name of the file you were trying to submit?
- What program did you save it with?
- What file format did you use? (E.g., what did the dialog box's "Save As Type" box say)
- What are the pixel dimensions (width, height) of your image?
