Can't Log In >.<

My friend Keelay can't log onto FAC at all. She's sent emails and she got her password resent to her and advice to clear her cookies, the password won't work and her cookies have been cleared, she's tried it on like a billion different computers and it doesn't work >.< If someone could tell us what we might be doing wrong we'd really appreciate it, thanks.

i remember when something similar happened to me.

sometimes when you get an email about a comment on your profile or picture, and you click the link, you may forget to log off.

this happened to me and the way i fixed it is to wait for a comment on your profile or picture then click the link on your email and log out.

this may not work so i say wait until someone from fac replies to this

It doesn't say she's already logged in, it says her password's wrong >.< She tried a bunch, copied and pasted the one she got emailed to her but it didn't work = /
