Favorite Pc Game Mods

What are your favorite game mods and where do you like to get them? Are you a modder? I'll post my favoites up as soon as I find the site again.

You might say I'm a modder... I've actually programmed two modding utilities myself for the 1999 RTS, "Warzone 2100".

One of the utilities was a 3D graphics editor, and the other was a general modding/stat-tweaking utility.

Warzone was an RTS with your typical array of weapons (cannons, missiles/rockets, artillery, etc.), but of the mods I've worked on, perhaps the best (in my memory) were:
- Area-of-effect bombs (a [i]wide[/i] area of effect, mind you)
- Kamikaze turret
- Land mines

I also did work trying to create a graphics mod to give the game a cartoony, cel-shaded feel... never finished it, but I did take a few screens of its progress:

I've atempted to Mod NFS3
its modding programs didn't work on XP
