I've read the help option thing and also the FAQ but I didn't find anything that was very helpful, or mabye I was just too stupid to understand 
(that's more likely)
So please explain so even someone as dim as me could understand, thanks ^_^

You can find the PM function by clicking the "My Controls" (or "# New Messages") links at the top.
Be aware, you do not earn access to PM functionality until you've finished your Sandbox initiation and reached standard Member status.
