I can't comment other peoples work!  can someone help me?
It's like the comment window thingy won't show up even if I click it a bunch of times and wait for a few minutes.  PLEASE HELP ME!!!  |

It's possible that your computer is blocking the pop-ups. That happens to me a lot. Some times it works, some times it doesn't.
