Likely Stolen Dragon Picture.

Someone brought this up on GAFF (in gafa), and I agree with them- it looks stolen. No artist with that level of skill would butcher their work in MSPaint like that, especially so sloppily.

Besides, the other image in this user's gallery is at a MUCH lower level, thus making this even more questionable.

I think from now on, the mod should just delete the picture and expect THEM to prove their innocense, not the other way around.

Somebody must have let on that they knew the picture was stolen. The user removed it themselves. Could the creator of this topic pm me the username of the person who submitted it so I can check out the rest of their gallery.
