| I draw them because I like to make people happy, and because it's good practice. And also, it' fun to see people's reactions upon posting the pictures. I'm curious. What're your reasons for doing requests? |

				| I used to do them for fun and, like you, for practicing. But then it started coming in bigger and harder flows, so I had to stop. xD |

I find something interesting in drawing other people's characters, as well as I get inspiration for drawing already exisiting ones (if requested). Take this one, for example (I'm not showing off or anything, but proving a point)

I did this as a request for Nocturna; at first, I thought that so much was being asked, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway for two reasons: the idea seemed interesting and it was also a bit of a challenge. I usually don't draw more than two characters together, nor do I put backgrounds in my pictures. When there are things that I normally shy away from, if I get the challenge every once in a while, I might tackle it (depending on if I know that I can do it and if I have the time). I would have never thought to put Inu Yasha and Shippo together peacefully, since they're usually arguing with one another.

It's kind of the same thing with when I request something; it's the thrill of seeing someone else draw my character, even though I can draw things well on my own. _________________ Fools aren't born; pretty girls make them in their spare time.

If someone thinks I'm good enough to atually request something from me, to me it's a compliment, so I'll draw it for them inn return for t he flattery. |

Depends. I prefer to draw things for people I know rather than random people, because if I know the person, I'm more likely to know the character(s) they want me to draw and can have more fun drawing the picture. _________________ FAC |
