I really really really really need help with how to make simple buttons in Flash for a project. I've spent the hours and hours over the past week stressing over tutorial after tutorial, but I still don't get it.

Someone please help. Sad

I've tried. (That's where I found the tutorials.) But I need some one-on-one help with a flash-masta if anyone here happens to know the basics of actionscript and Flash frame rates.
