Why Am I Not A Member?

I have 11 posts in the sand box and now I sould be a member and be able to post anywhere but I cant.

Does it send a email to one of you mods telling you that somone has this many post and then you switch there access?

O ok thanks. just a suggestion you should change that on the rules and stuff.

I'll go review the pinned threads for accuracy and update them as needed. I think the one in the Sandbox is already fixed, I just need to do the one for this area.

11-20 posts -- can access sandbox and post out of the sandbox.
