Why are fangirls hated?

WEll why? There boys who are fans of Anime so much that they become gay for a male character, >My brother for example hits people if he can't watch Pokemon, and says to me he wants to marry Ash< and people only say fangirls are creepy! Why?

Because the majority of anime-watchers in North America are girls, and usually boys don't get obsessed like that. Sounds like your brother is mentally unstable, actually.

Oh, and this is in the wrong section. It should be in Anime & Manga

Well I for one, I have never seen a fangirl who doesn't yell at a person, threatening to kill them, for drawing their "husband" with another woman/man. They are mentally unstable, all of the crazy over obsessed ones.

Ex. inluvwithlyserg is one of those crazy/retarded ones. There are many levels, hers is pretty bad, but I, unfortunately, have seen worse. ):
