It says, "Sorry, the board administrator has not enabled your permissions for this part of the control panel." Is there a reason? Do you have to be registered for so long before you can put a photo up?

I think you have to be a full member. So under your avatar it will say
Group: Member
If it isn't that then i'm not sure. |
