Also, can't be done for fanart for legal reasons and the majority of art submitted to fac is not of a quality people would want to buy.

You have to have a supply and demand too. Not all the artist her are well known to a lot of people so it would be hard to sell in mass.
But maybe a person could get their own artwork put on a shirt if they want? I can't see why that would be wrong. :huh:
