Next time please check the FAQ before making a thread.
The FAQ says, and I quote:
"[b]How do I submit a picture or story?[/b]
After logging in to the FAC main page, click on Add Fanawork and choose the method with which you wish to add your picture or story. Fill out the forms and click submit."
