A statement of character design copyright doesn't always help (some users will tag it on their picture as a disclaimer, i.e. "just to be safe")

I can suspect all day long. I've played the whole Sly series myself, I recognize the individual poses (and, to be frank, "Neyla" actually stands out)... but do we have a proof image to compare with?

If so, I'll be reporting this user... both here [i]and[/i] on dA. I considered sending her a few Notes mentioning dA's FAQ topics regarding re-use/copyrights, but maybe it'll be more -- well, [i]effective[/i] -- for her to hear it from dA site staff.

PS: I commented on thatpicture saying "if it contains official art, we cannot allow it" (not accusing, just mentioning policy), and when I checked back later (a day or so), she presumably removed the pic from her gallery. Don't know what to say now, but one other user has been calling her out and saying "you just got these pics from the Net".

So, it's ... inconclusive.

i tracked the DA user with these images. THey confirmed the fac account to be theirs. That is what I am going by.
