my most emotional moment in gaming was the ending of ff10. yeah i still cry a little bit each time even though i know he comes back.
and when yuna sings in ff10-2 that song effect me in odd ways i'm seriously like mezmerized by it everytime i hear it.

yeah i play a lot of final fantasy what's it to you?

When I made a level for ut2004 and it appeared in the menu and actually worked I was so happy, I almost cried, but remembered that was for pussies so I was just happy.
yunalesca, seymour, and adel were all easy for me. the boss i have had the most problems with is ultimecia. the last boss in ff8. i still have not beat the game because of her, but i do try to beat her every now and agian.
X3 I'm just really bad at boss battles. With that in mind I have no idea why I bought Vagrant Story. Despite the impossible bosses though its a lovely game that I NEED to finish. Beat em ups and DMC are like the only games I have no probs with.

FF bosses usually give me hell there's only FF7 and 9 where I didn't struggle.

i haven't played 9 but everyone i know said they had the most problems with ff7's weapons. god i didn't but maybe that's because i train obsessively in that game.

I didn't even have everything in 9 and it was easy. I thought Kuja would be really hard but he was cake.

You should play 9 its good. I used to never fancy it cos of the cutesy look or the story sounded crap but its one of my fav FFs now. I don't see how any1 can have trouble with 7 I had no ultimate weapons and crap levels and everything. Maybe the end bosses are a pain but not much else.

Seriously Vagrant Story is one of the hardest games i've ever played and other people who've played it seem to agree.

X3 I didn't have that first time round so he kept using that damn meteor on me. I wouldn't mind except the attack took like 5 minutes to actually happen <_<

I think the best thing in the world is listening to people brag on and on about how easily they can beat Sephiroth, and then walking in on them at some later date when they're in the middle of receiving a major ass-kicking.

Heh.... after my little bro beat Ocarina of Time he spent a whole weekend on the verge of tears constantly moaning about how "Stupid Zelda took away everything Link had accoplished" and then went on to draw all sorts of little stick figure comics where Zelda was being dismembered to smooth out his sorrows.

Majora's Mask... I felt just about every emotion that game aimed at me.... I was completely sucked into it, living through the characters. Hell, I think there were a couple weekends where I existed for nothing but to play that game. I loved the atmospere of it so much. Heh, you can call me a looser.... I've been know to go for entire days without eating, sleeping, or going to the bathroom because I was so immersed in a Zelda game.

Probably my proudest moment in a video game was in Pokemon Red/Blue after I caught a Mewtwo for my little brother with a Superball (he had accidentally wasted his Masterball on a Kingler). Or perhaps in Prince of Persia when I finally got the Prince to take his shirt off *wipes away a tear* I was so happy....

... and I think I got a little misty-eyed at the end of Breath of Fire II (the crappy ending you get if the main character's father dies) when Ryu leaves all of his friends without so much as a goodbye and decides to go into that eternal-slumber thing in his dragon form to guard the gates of Hell (or "infinity" or whatever it was called) and prevent St. Eva from returning. All through the game you're rooting for Ryu to get together with Katt or Nina (...or Ray....) but instead he basically dies. It was also a little sad in the game when that buffed-out rhino guy's abusive mother who's always putting him down and smacking him gets crushed trying to save him (but not before calling him her "stupid boy" one last time, that's some real maternal love right there). Poor Rand....

Then there have been all the times my brother and I have gotten worked up to the point of fistfights in racing games.... good times...

Since FF7 is the most emotionally game ever made... it makes it the best. Every game I play is ranked against it, and only Zelda OoT comes close.

But I could really feel Cloud's anger when he found out his memories were not his own... and his own fault no less. I was feeling really pissed after that too... I was like "Time to kick some Shinra ass, Strife!!!"-R

Well, it was in sa2. I had beaten the game, and they did the chaos control and shadow didn't make it, he died saying "maria- this is what you wanted, right? This is my promise i made to you."

.................................but then it turns out he didn't die and escapes but without his memory, which i guess rocks, because i didn't want my role with shadow to END so QUICKLY!

One of my favorite moments in a game ever was near the end of disk3 of ff9 when Zidan went into that state of denial and all the other team-members came to help him ((even amarant!!)) plus the music was kick-ass

Hate to repeat it, but Aeris' death was practically tear-jerking... actually, it would've been if she wasn't my worst party member, therefore it wasn't such a pain to see her go. But the sequence was very nicely done, especially since the graphics were so limited back then.

I also remember when I beat Kingdom Hearts for the first time. I wasn't even watching the secret ending, and the normal ending had me tearing... the whole game was just so epic and seeing it end in such a wonderful CG sequence was just amazing.

This wasn't my most emotional moment, but it was a shock to see Jack of Blades slice your mother's thoat in Fable.

Another good one is when you beat Halo on Legendary. As the Pillar of Autom is going critical, you see the Sarge fighting an Elite in hand to hand combat. As they see the shockwave coming towards them, they look at each other, drop their weapons, then embrace as the explosion evelopes them. A nice tear jerker.
