hmm.... You could try unplugging everything, read the manual and follow it from the begginging....

OR if it was working before, try turning the modem on, then off again...

OR Contact Your Internet Service Provider and ask for technical help....

That's all I can do if I'm 8000 Miles away from you

(by the way, I don't measure in miles  |

Okay, I had this problem too. Louis?

(0 0): Okay. Alright. Relate to the troubleshooter file.

(Cilck "Can't sign in" at the sign-in screen.)

Follow what the instuctions say. The problem could be casued by the fact the MSN information you have could be damaged. To repair it follow the opitions to repair it from the first one down. Mines worked on the second one. If the problem continues contact Verizon, and ask to talk to the people. Don't talk to the recording. Ethier that or refresh the modem. Do that turn off the computer, and unplug the adpapter (power cord) wire from the back of the modem. Leave it unplugged for about 15 seconds, then plug it back in.

Could have said it better myself, but I hope you understand. I can't explain it any better than this. HOPE IT HELPS!! |
