Definately Amelia Atwater-Rhodes.
Haven't heard of her??? Impossible. O_O 13-year old. My god.
She makes me crawl under a bed with a pillow. ...Or without.
I personally never really got into Tamora Pierce's books, but I did like Anne McCaffrey.
And that other writer... what was his name...
Charles De Lint. Awesome writer. O_O
And I did always like K.A. Applegate. Y'know, the animorphs series??? That was a good series. X)
Plus Everworld. That was good too. |

Ok, J.R.R Tolkien, Terry Pratchett, J.K. Rowling, Garth Nix, Charles Dickens, Eoin Colfer, Marita Conlon-McKenna, Lemony Snicket, and loads more. Terry Pratchett and Tolkien would be my favourite favourites, though. _________________ |

My favourite authors are all British, lol. I have terrible memory, though, so the only ones who come to mind are Pratchett and Gaiman. |

Partially agree. Her books are good, but her story in a story in a story in a story gets just the slightest bit repetitive, and sorry to say, but she's not too good at action scenes. Queen of the Damned was a bit of a letdown after Lestat. D:
