Icq Thingy

I cant post comments anywhere because of the stupic ICQ thingy. What is it??!!! It

also tells me that i need my web broswser name and version and Your operating

system. If some one could tell me what to do so i can post my comments it would

be greatly appreciated.

ICQ is an instant messenger program (like MSN Messenger, AIM, and YIM).

If you don't have it, simply leave the field blank.

And if you don't know what a web browser or Operating system is....here's an example

Browsers: Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox, etc.
Operating systems: Windows XP, Mac OS, Linux, etc.
