i made a flash vidoe for the web site (you know, an animation?) and it wont let me submit it...
can anyone help?
(sorry if this question was asked before)

I've submitted a flash movie here. You have to make sure the file size is 300k or under, though. And when you're filling out the submission form, the image of the movie doesn't show up. Don't worry about that though, it's still working.

What exactly doesn't work when you try to submit your movie?

first of all, am i supposed to click *submit picture from my computer*?
i do that and i click submit and it says its not valid for internet use. its called *octet/stream* :huh:

Well, either as an .swf or an animated .gif.

i tried them both. neither work. i used windows movie maker, is that okay??? Sad

yeah i did. and i saved it as .gif and tried (didnt work) then i saved it as .swf(didnt work) WTF??? :huh:

I thought you said it was a Flash movie? If you made it in Movie Maker, that would explain why you can't upload it. I don't think you can save as .gifs or .swfs from there.

do you know what i do? and where do you make flash movies? wmm makes falsh movies! :wacko:

You need to have Flash, the actual [i]program[/i], in order to make Flash movies. I looked in the help section in WMM, but I didn't see anything about exporting movies with that filetype.
