When I press the submit button to change my profile, the website hangs. There is no response from FAC. Eventually the screen will turn white, the web address reads 'http://www.fanart-central.net/register.php' as if the website had done something, but upon inspecting my profile, nothing has happened. No changes. It's the same on both my home (dialup) and work (T3) connections. It has never worked for me since the website change.
