Can't upload at all. (PHP error message)

Hi, I'm new here and I'm trying to upload my first pictures, but when I click on the "Upload from your computer" or the "Copy from your website" links, all I get is this:

It [b]is[/b] an internal error. There's no real way around it, you'll just have to wait for denis to log on, notice the reports, and fix it.
